Welcome to Rock Choir

'Rock Choir' is the South's only pop, gospel and Motown performance choir of its kind. It attracts all ages (adults, teenagers and children), and all levels of experience. Most individuals who join have not sung in public before but can do in 'Rock Choir' as there is no audition and no requirement to read music. In taking part, they develop self-confidence, new skills, a dynamic new social life and enjoy fun, up-beat rehearsals with a huge sense of fulfilment after each performance or event. Rock Choir Ltd is run by a highly skilled music and administrative team with years of experience and expertise offering a professional and intimate experience no matter which location across the South and London individuals choose to join. Rock Choir Ltd has been nominated for both business and leadership awards in the South and has achieved a highly regarded status in each community by local figures, media, organisations and charities.

 

In 2009, 'Rock Choir' currently rehearses or is due to start rehearsing in the following locations across the South:

Berkshire - Maidenhead/Windsor, Wokingham.
Bedfordshire - Dunstable.
Buckinghamshire - Amersham.
Hertfordshire - Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans, Hertford.
Hampshire - Basingstoke, Fleet/Hartley Wintney, Portsmouth, Winchester.
Kent - Sevenoaks, Tonbridge.
London - Bromley, Chiswick, Ealing, Hampstead, Fulham, Marylebone, Orpington, Uxbridge, Wimbledon, Woodford.
Surrey - Chobham, Dorking, Esher, Farnham, Guildford, Godalming, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Richmond, Weybridge.
More locations for 2010 will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Rock Choir is split into three age groups: Rock Choir Juniors for ages 6-10, Rock Choir Young Adults for ages 10-21 and Rock Choir Adults. They each rehearse once a week for 10 weeks a term, for 3 academic terms per year.
